A poor but devout woman wanted to give away some of her old clothes to quake victims in Gujrat,"I can give away some of my old blankets and bedsheets,"she thought."They need more than I do-for they are without homes, and camping out in the open air."But she did not bundle up her hr old sheets and pass them to the collector."This is meant for Gods children,"she said, and so I wanted to make it as nice as possible."
Is it not true that we are rather careless hen we give away old clothes for the poo and needy? And,yet we take such care to choose gifts and wrap them carefully for our friends, our near and dear ones. Our offerings to the needy too,we must treat as gifts-To God.
