पाँव में छाले पड़ चुकें है,जिंदगी की
तपती रेत पर चलते-चलते ,
दुत्कार से सदा हुआ है सामना अबतक,
फटे पैबंद सी जिंदगी उस भिखारिन की,
जहाँ सुख का एक कतरा भी ,
रेगिस्तान में पानी के समान है,
जब से जन्म लिया धरती पर,
कष्ट ही उसके जीवन का दूसरा नाम है|
