सावन जब भी आता है,

साथ हर्षो-उल्लास लाता है,

ठंडक भरी,हवाएं चलने लगतीं हैं,हर ओर

और मस्ती करने लगतीं,घटाएं मचा के शोर,

उस पर नन्ही-नन्ही वर्षा की बूंदों का गिरना,

मन बेचैन होने लगता है,मिलने को अपने मीत को,

कौन समझाए उस बैरी को,असीम प्रीत की तड़प को|

हे दो हाथ वाले मनुष्य,तू सौ हाथों वाला होकर धन संग्रह कर,सौ गुनी शक्तिसे धन-धान्यादी ऐश्वर्यों को इकठा कर.परन्तु इस उपार्जन किये हुए अपने धन को हज़ार हाथों वाला होकर,सत्पात्र को दान कर दे|

क्यों कभी-कभी अपने ही आंसू 

झूठे लगते हैं,

और दूसरों की मुस्कान फीकी,

धुंधले लगते हैं,फिर सब रिश्ते-नाते 

कसमे-वादे सब जैसे,

खुली आँखों के सपने,

अपनेपन का दम भरनेवाले,

सब हैं,बेमुरव्वत ,अपने|

The heights by great men reached and kept

Were not attained by sudden flight,

एक पेड़ पर दो बाज प्रेमपूर्वक 
रहते थे दोनों शिकार की तलाश में निकलते और जो भी पकड़कर लाते उसे शाम को मिल बाँट कर खाते |बहुत दिन से उनका यही  क्रम चल रहा था |

एक दिन दोनों शिकार पकड़कर लौटे तो एक चोंच में चूहा था और दूसरी चोंच में साँप | शिकार दोनों हम तब तक जीवित थे | पेड़ पर बैठकर बाजो ने जब उनकी पकड़ ढीली कीतो साँप ने चूहे कोदेखा और चूहे ने साँप को |

साँप चूहे का स्वादिष्ट भोजन पाने के लिए जीभ लपकाने लगा और चूहा साँप के प्रयत्नों को देखकर अपने पकड़ने वाले बाज के डैनो में छिपने का उपक्रम करने लगा |

उस दृश्य को देखकर एक बाज गंभीर हो गया और विचार मग्न दिखने लगा , दुसरे ने उससे पूछा -दोस्त दार्शनिको की तरह किस चिंतन -मनन में डूब गये?

पहले बाज ने अपने पकड़े हुए साँप की ओर संकेत करते हुए खा कि देखते नही यह कैसा मुर्ख प्राणी है |जीभ को लिप्सा के कारण यह मौत का भी विस्मरण कर रहा है |

दुसरे बाज ने अपने चूहे की आलोचना करते हुए कहा- और इस नासमझ को भी देखो भय  इसे प्रत्यक्ष मौत से भी अधिक डरावना लगता है |

पेड़ के नीचे एक मुसाफिर सुस्ता रहा था |उसने दोनों की बाते सुनी और एक लम्बी साँस छोड़ते हुए बोला - हम मानव प्राणी भी साँप और चूहे की तरह स्वाद और भय को बड़ा समझते है , मौत तो हमें विस्मरण रहती है |

 Once we simplify life and take decisions from deep within,infuse discipline in our lives and stop enacting dramas in our  relationships we are  at peace Once at peace and free,happiness happens.Life becomes an expression of divine  calmness and flows with eternal grace.

रास्ते से कांटे दूर हैं,उनके

इरादे फौलादी है जिनके,

मंजिलें बाहें फैलाकर स्वागत करती हैं,उनका

हौसला  चट्टान से भी मजबूत होता है जिनका,

फूल  ही फूल खिल जातें है,जीवन में उनके

वचन और कर्म,प्रेम और परोपकार से प्रेरित होते हैं,जिनके|

Avoid the stress that comes from being in a constant hurry,it makes you impatient.

न जाने कैसे,निर्मोही हैं आप,

हमारा दिल बेवजह दुखातें हैं 

कैसे बताएं,

हमारे रोने और हंसने,दोनों की वजह आप हैं,

हमारे जीने,और आपकी बेरुखी,

से अनगिनत बार मरने की वजह भी आप ही हैं|

 Who hides reality,pretends,poses and always wants to give the impression of being well.He wants to be seen as perfect,easy going etc.A bronze statue with feet of clay.There is nothing worse for health than to lie on appearances and facades.These are people with a lot of varnish and little root.Their destiny is the pharmacy,the hospital and arid pain.

Control the mind.Have a balanced mind.Coax the mind.Discipline the mind.Keep it fully occupied.

तुम्हारे आने का संकेत,दे रहीं 

है,ठंडी हवाएं अंगडाइयां ले-लेकर,

तुम्हारा पता बता रहीं है,

वर्षा की बूँदें,बरस-बरसकर,

तुम्हारे आगमन का सन्देश,

फूल दे रहें है,खिलकर और महककर,

हमारा मन चहक रहा है,पर इंतज़ार में

सुख में करें न कोई,

दुःख काहे को होए|

जीवन के अंतिम श्वास तक,

भला सब का सोचूँ और करूँ,

पाया नरजन्म,मुश्किल से 

क्यों इसे निज्स्वार्थ में व्यर्थ करूँ,

अपनी मुट्ठी में भर के,सूर्य की रोशनी को,

क्यों न मैं निकलूँ,अँधेरे मिटाने को,

मनोबल और बुद्धि से,

क्यों न संशय दूर करूं,भटके हुए इंसानों के,

हे प्रभु,वरदान इतना देना,

बिना डगमगाए दृड़ विश्वास से,मैं पर-पीड़ा 

को महसूस कर,उसे दूर करने की चेष्टा सदा करूँ|
