भाग रहें हम जिंदगी के पीछे,

भटक रहें है हम,अतृप्त इच्छाओं के लिए,

शायद इस भाग-दौड़ में,कुछ सुकून keपल भी न निकाल पाए अपने लिए,

कुछ खुशनसीब भी है,जिन्हें नसीब हुए सुकून के कुछ पल,

जो अपने से परे हटकर,कुछ कर पाए दूसरों के लिए|

तुम्हारी मनमोहक मुस्कान देखकर,ऐसा लगा

जैसे हर सपना जो इन आँखों ने देखा था,

तुम्हारे लिए,वो सच हो गया,

तुम्हे खुश देखकर ऐसा लगा,जैसे बरसों की 

मेहनत हमारी व्यर्थ नहीं हुई,

माझी की नाव भी किनारे लग जाएगी,

संतोष है तो इस बात का,

गरीबों की विपदाओं का तो अंत नहीं,

कहीं रोटी,कहीं कपड़ा,

कहीं सर ढकने को छत तक नहीं,

किसी -किसी की तो दशा,दयनीय है इतनी

दुखों का तो अम्बार है लगा,सुख इक बूँद जितनी,

हे प्रभु,सुध ले लो उनकी,

रोते-रोते आँखें भी सूख चुकी,है जिनकी|

रिश्तें चलतें हैं,यदि उन्हें बाँधने वाली डोर में

भरपूर प्यार है,

बहुत सी मुश्किलें दूर हो सकती हैं,यदि हम जीतें 

हैं,प्यार से,

नफरत के कांटें भी बदल सकतें हैं,रंग-बिरंगे मनमोहक फूलों में,

हम समझें यदि मह्त्व प्यार का,

जीवन की लम्बी डगर भी छोटी महसूस होती है,

यदि हम किसी के मन में,दीप जला पाएं प्यार के|

पर मन को शीतल करनेवाला चंदा तो एक है,

पर मन को समझने वाले सिर्फ तुम हो,
हर बात जो कहनी होती है,तुमसे
न जाने कैसे,कहने से पहले ही समझ लेते हो तुम,
हमारे जीवन की कश्ती,जिसके सहारे 
चल रही है,वो सिर्फ तुम हो,सिर्फ तुम|

कद्र करनी होगी,हर बीते और आने वाले पल की हमें|

एक परिंदे को उड़ते देख,

न जाने क्यों मन में जागी उड़ने की ललक,

उसका रिश्ता देख आसमान से,

आसमान को छूने को मन बेचैन होने लगा,

बादलों की उंचाई,कम लगने लगी,

मन की उमंग के सामने,

जीवन की डोर भी कमज़ोर लगने लगी,

उस पंछी के हौंसलों के सामने|

लगता है जैसे उसने सदा किया है अनथक परिश्रम,

कभी एक पल व्यर्थ न गंवाया,

क्यों न हम इंसान भी सीखें इनसे कुछ,

केवल अपने और अपनों के ही नहीं,

दूसरों के काम आकर जीवन अपना सार्थक बनाएं हम|

True freedom and free-will will come only if we are able to go beyond 0ur programming of yester years.To overcome our basic genetic make-up is nearly impossible.But it is indeed possible to go beyond our conditionings,beliefs,indoctrinations,and ideas.Once we can uncondition ourselves,we will be able to respond freely.

अपने दुःख में,कैसे आ जाते हैं आंसू,

दूसरों के दुःख छू पाए,मन को,तो बात है,

अपनी बुराइयां कि तरफ कभी नज़र जाती नहीं,

दूसरों कि कमियां,नज़रंदाज़ कर पाएं,तो बात है,

अपनी खुशियाँ में कैसे,नाचने लगता है मन,

दूसरों के सुख में आनंदित हो मनतो बात है,

हर सफलता का श्रेय देतें है खुद को,

प्रभु की कृपा,का दिन-रात स्मरण करें तो क्या बात है|
